With the recent announcement of a major urethane manufacturing plant was soon to close its production/warehousing facilities in the Sudbury region by December 2015, we at Johnson Paterson felt a need to expand our company to include a new “Custom Urethane Processing” division to service and supply quality urethane products to consumers in Canada and the United States.
Johnson Paterson Sudbury Inc. was established in 1989, with a primary focus of selling and servicing commercial/industrial boilers/burners and process systems. Over the years we have formed alliances with small and large corporations, helping them achieve their goals and always trying to exceed their expectations.
Our expansion into elastomeric products will allow your company to continue to source locally “Canadian Manufactured” urethane products ensuring you to receive prompt, quality, completive products.
This division currently occupies 6,000 sq ft and is equipped with new state of the art equipment including a Urethane Dispensing Unit, Sandblast Cabinet, and a series of closed circuit, gas fired Batch Ovens.
Making this major commitment to the industry, we have recruited and retained qualified core personnel which can offer in excess of 75 years of knowledge, recommendations, and processing experience.
Our efforts to meet an April 2016 completion date for all equipment to be commissioned and ready to be in full production was successfully met. During this transition we consequently were also awarded our ISO-9001-2015 certificate of compliance, reflecting our commitment to ensure you of our intent to supply quality, competitive urethane products, in a timely manner.
